Welcome to the 5 Spot Diner Deluxe! Every few months we change up a good portion of our menu to focus on a specific region within the United States.


Carolina Croquettes
A trio of house smoked tasso, onion, pimiento cheese & rice croquettes fried up crisp. Topped with cider vinegar smacked jalapeño relish.
Riverdog’s Pork Crépinette
House smoked pork shoulder, onions, garlic, citrus zest and herbs seared on the plancha. Stacked up with pickled green tomatoes & a sunny side up egg reposing on a bed of cheese grits.
Fried Green Tomatoes
Cornmeal dredged green tomato sliced served with green Tabasco spiked remoulade and a tuft of mixed greens.
Morris Island Crab Cakes
Two seared South Carolina crab cakes served with garlicky parsley pesto & a tiny shaved fennel and bibb lettuce salad in lemon citronette.
Battery Bibb Salad
Bibb lettuce, diced tomatoes, cornbread croutons tossed in buttermilk-blue cheese dressing and topped with Pirate Jim’s bacon jam.


Green Mountain Meals
BBQ Pork Blade Steak
Slow smoked 10 oz pork blade steak basted in our Hog Island wet mop and served with mashed yams, collard greens & corn bread.
Shrimp and Grits
When in Charleston or on top of Queen Anne Hill……. Five ‘smart·catch’ gulf prawns sautéed with butter and a red chile sweet/sublime glaze served on a bed of cheese grits and topped with fresh watercress and fennel.
Gullah Gullah Steak
8 oz petite tender char-grilled and served with Hoppin’ John hash, ‘Gullahky’ green beans and our barbecue bordelaise.
Charleston Chicken
1/2 bird pan seared and served with Gullahky green beans red rice and jalapeño-bourbon compote.
