Atlas Foods introduces Blue Plate Specials, offered Sunday through Thursday from 5 pm till they're gone. To ease the burden on your wallet, come to Atlas to enjoy a rotating menu of simple supper specials. These dinners will change with the stock market! That's right, if the Dow closes at 7964, your supper will be $7.96. You can't beat the price, but make sure you beat the crowd, 'cause when they're gone they're gone!

Sunday Smoked beef brisket with baked beans and grilled corn on the cob
Monday Enchritto stuffed with vegetables and poblano cream sauce with cilantro rice and black beans
Tuesday Chipotle sour cream drizzled pan seared mahi tacos with South o' the Border slaw and cotja dusted black beans and rice
Wednesday Applesauce topped porkchop with roasted red potatoes and green beans
Thursday Chicken-fried steak with mashed potatoes, gravy & glazed carrots
