We've got fresh fish on the daily fresh sheet, and we proudly offer fin fish and shellfish harvested using only sustainable practices.We're not talking about a token fish du jour, either. You'll find about a dozen choices on any given day depending on the season, from Fiji Ono (Wahoo!) to New Zealand Bluenose Bass to native wild Salmon or Penn Cove Mussels. From all over the atlas, we reel it into this Atlas and land the fish onto your plate in delicious presentations.
