Caramel Espresso Sauce
1 # light brown sugar
2 cups cream
1 cup dark corn syrup
1/2 cups espresso
Heat the brown sugar and cream together over moderate heat until the sugar dissolves.
Add in the dark corn syrup and stir to combine.
Have on hand enough shots of espresso to give you 1/2 cup. Stir it in.
Done!
