French Toast
1 dozen eggs
2/3 cup milk
2/3 cup cream
2 Tbls vanilla extract
2 Tbls sugar
Pinch salt
1 Tbls cinnamon
Wisk the eggs with the milk and cream.
Add the remaining ingredients, wisking well.
Dip in thick slices of egg bread and griddle until golden.
Top with caramel sauce that has been heated up with thin slices of green apple.
