Caeser Salad Dressing
1/4 cup chopped garlic
2 Tbls chopped anchovy (or as little or a much as you like)
1 Tbls dijon mustard
5 eggs, yolks only
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 Tbls Worchestershire sauce
1 Tbls red wine vinegar
3 1/2 cups olive oil
1 Tbls
2 tsp black pepper
Put garlic and anchovies in a blender.
Mix well, then add all ingredients except for the olive oil and blend some more.
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil to emulsify.
Adjust seasoning.
