Pinsa!

Don’t call it pizza! Pinsa traces its origins back to the Roman Empire. Our imported Italian pinsa flour is made with a blend of three GMO-free flours, wheat, soy, rice utilizing a sourdough fermentation that provides a highly digestible crust. At Valentinetti’s we put a spin on an old world classic by baking our pinsa in our brick oven. We also offer Manini’s, a locally produced gluten free pizza crust and Good Planet vegan mozzarella cheese as an option for our pinsas.
